RWinvest provide exceptional training, starting with a full 2-week RWinvest training program delivered by our directors and managers. This covers all aspects of property investment sales, systems, product knowledge and how to be successful in the role. In addition, all our sales managers have been promoted from sales consultant. They are highly supportive and effective role models, providing ongoing training and coaching. We also invest in the most sophisticated systems to provide hot leads, a well-maintained database and user-friendly CRM.

Requirements
If you are a top performer in selling considered purchases, where a consultative approach is crucial, it is likely your skills and experience are transferable to selling our highly attractive property investments. Our best performers have come from a wide range of industries, such as travel, financial services, car sales, recruitment, media sales etc. We are open to background, what is most important to us is the following:
