Sales Manager / Sales Director (Off-plan Property Investment) – Manchester – Up to £50,000 plus commission

With a stylish, modern office located in Manchester, this successful and still growing property investment firm are shaking things up, offering simple and profitable UK property investment opportunities catering to both seasoned investors and newcomers.

They’re now looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and hard-working Sales Manager / Sales Director to be a part of the success, offering you an excellent commission structure alongside a fun environment with team socials and incentives!

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Investment Consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monetary targets
  • Analyse market trends, client feedback, and sales data to continuously improve sales tactics and strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Oversee the client acquisition process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Implement and utilise CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the UK property market
  • Provide expert advice and insights to the team and clients regarding investment opportunities

What you will have

  • Proven track record in the off-plan property investment market, with a strong understanding of investment opportunities
  • Responsible for achieving monetary targets, developing sales strategies, and driving the team's performance
  • Previous experience in a sales management role, leading a team to achieve targets
