Property Lawyer

Role overview

To help further your career as a property lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from members of the Property team that are recognised specialists in their sectors.

The environment is a truly open and approachable one that all members of the Property team are a part of and one that you will be give you the opportunity to develop your own specialist knowledge according to your interests.

We are looking for a lawyer (3-6yrs PQE) with a solid grounding in property law and an interest in commercial and/or rural property.

The work you'll be doing

You'll work predominantly for private clients and collaborate with all members of the wider Property team Advising on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses and some development work. Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m and can include options, promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures. Solely managing transactions and client relationships.
