Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Local Authority for an experienced Property Legal Adviser to join their friendly and supportive legal team on a permanent basis.
Location: Weston-super-Mare (Hybrid Working with 1 day a week in the office)
Salary: £28,412 - £38,220 per annum
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37 hours per week)
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in property law to join a well-established local authority, handling a varied caseload while benefiting from flexible hybrid working and an excellent benefits package.

As a Legal Adviser within the Property & Contracts Team, you will manage a diverse caseload of local government property matters whilst providing high-quality legal advice to Council departments.
Responsibilities as a Property Legal Advisor:
- Managing a varied caseload of property transactions
- Advising on sales, acquisitions and disposals of land and property
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and landlord & tenant agreements
- Dealing with Section 38 Highway Agreements
- Advising on Deferred Payment Agreements
