Property Lettings Agent

We are looking for a confident and driven Lettings Negotiator who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Walderslade , you will receive:
£28000 OTE per year Uncapped commission Company car (at Senior Negotiator level or higher, only**) Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Market properties to potential tenants Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers Agree new tenancies Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
