Property Lettings Negotiator

Job Overview
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the property lettings process, ensuring clients receive top-quality service and support. You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Managing property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
This role is perfect for someone who is organised, personable, and driven by success. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 plus commissions, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Calling potential tenants to:
- Build relationships
- Understand their requirements
- Qualify their affordability
- Conducting property viewings to help tenants find suitable homes
- Negotiating deals while meeting or exceeding individual and team targets
- Liaising with:
- Tenancy progression teams
- Property management teams
- Preparing tenancies
- Spotting business opportunities to:
- Increase income
- Expand local market share
- Maximise cross-selling with other departments
- Building and maintaining relationships with:
- Local businesses
- Other agents
- Complying with:
- ARLA Propertymark standards
- Property Ombudsman and RICS ‘Code of Practice’
- All new lettings and estate agency legislation
- Keeping up to date with:
- Allocated training
- Standard working practices

Requirements
You will need the following skills and attributes:

Work Permissions
You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
Benefits
- Competitive salary between £23,000 – £30,000 plus commissions (based on experience)

Employment Details
- Salary range: £23,000 – £30,000 + commissions (based on experience)
- Working hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday. Indian Office (Sunday and one weekday off, typically a full weekend or Thursday/Friday)
