Senior Property Litigation Solicitor, 6+ Years' PQE, Oxford, Competitive Salary + Benefits
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join an award-winning law firm with an outstanding reputation. Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a respected, award-winning law firm and manage a varied caseload of contentious property matters on behalf of a diverse client base. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years PQE and a proven track record in Property Litigation. You will advise on a broad range of disputes, including adverse possession, boundary disputes, rights of way, trespass and title issues, as well as landlord and tenant matters such as break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture, repossession, lease renewals and terminations, rent reviews, service charge disputes, and tenant default.
