Property Litigation Solicitor
Property Litigation Solicitor (6–8 Years PQE)
Our client is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing and highly regarded Property Litigation Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor, looking to take the next step in their career, offering greater autonomy, high-quality work, genuine progression opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
You will join a collaborative team handling a broad range of contentious commercial and residential property matters, helping clients navigate complex disputes with clarity, confidence, and commercially focused advice.

Position Overview
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of contentious property matters, from initiation to resolution, representing clients across commercial and residential disputes.

Key responsibilities include high-value case management, business development, and playing a critical role in the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of contentious property disputes
- Advising on commercial and residential property matters, including:
- Land and property ownership issues
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Commercial property litigation
- Handling cases from pre-action stages through court trials
- Engaging in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
- Representing clients at court hearings and trials when necessary
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm
- Supporting business development and networking efforts
Requirements
- Ideally 6–8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Property Litigation
- Strong technical expertise in contentious commercial and residential property law
- Ability to manage files independently and take ownership of cases
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach toward business development
- Collaborative mindset with a team-focused attitude
