Property Litigation Solicitor | 2–6 PQE
Birmingham | Hybrid Working | £63,000–£78,000 + Bonus & Benefits
I am currently working with an international law firm that is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to join a growing and successful team, working closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates on a varied caseload of complex property disputes.
The role offers exposure to high-quality work across the Midlands and wider UK, acting for a range of clients including large national businesses, developers, investors, landowners and public sector organisations.
The Role Will Include Advising On:
- Commercial property disputes and development-related matters
- Landowner, developer and local authority disputes
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including 1954 Act issues, lease renewals, alienation, break rights and dilapidations
- Property contract disputes
- Property-related insolvency matters
- Rights of way, adverse possession and restrictive covenant disputes
- Higher-value residential property disputes, including investment properties and group actions
