The Opportunity
A well-known regional law firm is recruiting for their highly reputable Property Litigation team. They are looking for a solicitor to join a team of six, managing a fast-paced caseload of contentious property work, including:
- Possession proceedings
- Rights of way
- Boundary and land disputes
- A range of civil litigation matters

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of property litigation and other contentious matters
- Working alongside a team of highly regarded lawyers, with direct client interaction
- Demonstrating strong case prioritisation and deadline-meting skills
- Showing technical expertise in handling dispute-driven caseloads
- Engaging in business development and cross-referring clients

Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- Full qualifications as either a ** Qualified Lawyer **or experienced paralegal (CILEx or Solicitor) – all PQEs considered
- Essential experience in general property litigation
- A strong academic background
- Ability to work collaboratively (team player mindset)
- Exceptional IT skills, including expertise in:
- Data management systems
- Full Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong business development skills, with proven ability to:
- Cross-reference cases
- Secure new work opportunities
