The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a specialist team advising national and international clients on a full range of property disputes. This includes matters relating to commercial property, landlord and tenant issues, service charge disputes, dilapidation claims, insolvencies, breaches of contract, professional negligence, possession of land claims, trespass, party wall disputes, overage and coverage disputes and repossessions.
