The Role
Acting for both residential and commercial clients, you will manage a varied caseload of complex property litigation matters including:
- Boundary and title disputes
- Adverse possession
- Easements and restrictive covenants
- Management company disputes
- Residential possession claims
- Business lease renewals
- Dilapidations
- Rights of Light
- Co-ownership disputes
- A wide range of other contentious property matters
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will support the Head of Department, supervise and develop junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives, and help drive the continued growth of the practice.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 6 years PQE and substantial experience in property disputes. You will possess excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
