Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (6+ PQE) – Oxford, Milton Keynes
About the Role

The appointed Solicitor will manage their own varied caseload, advising a diverse client base across a wide range of property litigation matters.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Manage a broad range of property litigation disputes, including:
- Adverse possession
- Boundary disputes
- Rights of way & trespass
- Title disputes
- Landlord and tenant issues, including:
- Break clauses
- Dilapidations
- Forfeiture & repossession
- Lease renewals & terminations
- Rent reviews
- Service charge disputes
- Tenant default
- Deliver pragmatic, commercially aware advice to clients.
- Work closely with Partners in an award-winning law firm.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years PQE in property litigation.
- Strong expertise in property dispute resolution.
- Exceptional technical and analytical skills.
- Confident with managing your own client caseload.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
