Property Litigation Solicitor
NQ Solicitor - Dispute Resolution
We are seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution Team based at our Telford office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career with a supportive and forward-thinking firm, under the supervision of a highly experienced property litigation specialist.
Role Overview
The role will handle a diverse but dedicated caseload of property litigation matters, involving all types of disputes or potential disputes relating to land, including but not limited to:

- Adverse possession and boundary claims
- Claims about the use of land, including right of way disputes, nuisance claims, and the enforceability of restrictive covenants
- Landlord and tenant disputes of all kinds
- Enforcement of charging orders and other formal or informal charges over land
