Property Litigation Solicitor | 2-4 PQE | South West London

This well-regarded South West London law firm is recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team.

The Role

The Property Litigation Solicitor (2-4 years' PQE) will:

  • Lead a varied and high-quality caseload of contentious property matters
  • Work with a diverse client base including:
    • Commercial landlords
    • Developers
    • Private individuals

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload with supervision and support from an experienced partner
  • Handle matters under the guidance of a friendly dispute resolution partner and senior solicitor
  • Manage a range of property litigation cases, particularly leasehold disputes
  • Essential requirements:
    • Experience handling matters before the First-tier Tribunal
  • Advantageous but not required:
    • Experience with commercial landlord and tenant disputes

Essential Skills

  • Technically strong with knowledge of property litigation
  • Organised and confident in managing files independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT capability
  • High standards of client care
