This well-regarded South West London law firm is recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team.

The Role
The Property Litigation Solicitor (2-4 years' PQE) will:
- Lead a varied and high-quality caseload of contentious property matters
- Work with a diverse client base including:
- Commercial landlords
- Developers
- Private individuals

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload with supervision and support from an experienced partner
- Handle matters under the guidance of a friendly dispute resolution partner and senior solicitor
- Manage a range of property litigation cases, particularly leasehold disputes
- Essential requirements:
- Experience handling matters before the First-tier Tribunal
- Advantageous but not required:
- Experience with commercial landlord and tenant disputes
Essential Skills
- Technically strong with knowledge of property litigation
- Organised and confident in managing files independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT capability
- High standards of client care
