Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 3PQE)
Worcestershire | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Benefits
A leading and highly respected law firm in Worcestershire is continuing to invest in the growth of its Litigation offering and is now seeking a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Property Disputes team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious NQ solicitor to build their career alongside an experienced Property Litigation Partner, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality contentious property matters while benefiting from excellent training, support, and long-term progression opportunities.
The Opportunity
Working closely with an experienced Property Litigation Partner, you will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings
- Boundary and rights of way disputes
- Party Wall Act matters
- Enfranchisement claims

About You
Applications are welcomed from:
- Newly Qualified Solicitors or those due to qualify shortly
- Candidates who have completed a seat in Property Litigation, Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, or a related disputes practice area
- Individuals with a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Property Litigation
- Strong communicators with excellent client-facing skills
- Commercially minded professionals who can deliver practical and effective legal solutions
- Team players who enjoy working collaboratively within a growing department
