Senior Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE: 6+

LOCATION: Milton Keynes

SALARY: Competitive Salary

The Role

A well-established, award-winning law firm located in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join an experienced team in advising a diverse client base on a range of property litigation matters. You will manage a broad range of property litigation matters, including, but not limited to disputes relating to adverse possession, boundaries, rights of way, trespass/title, and landlord/tenant issues.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors boasting a minimum of 6 years PQE, alongside a strong background in property litigation. Furthermore, the successful candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge, be confident in managing an individual caseload and demonstrate a pragmatic, commercial approach to client service.
