Property Litigation Associate Solicitor - Manchester - up to £85,000

A leading Legal 500 national law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor in Manchester to join its highly regarded disputes team. This is an outstanding opportunity to handle high-quality work, develop your career, and work alongside recognised experts within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

There is a strong emphasis on relationship building, both internally and with clients, so this role is particularly well suited to a Property Litigation Associate Solicitor in Manchester who is motivated to get involved in BD and grow their professional network.

The Role:

  • Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes
  • Advising on boundary disputes, lease issues, and property-related disagreements
  • Managing property damage claims from instruction through to resolution
  • Supporting partners on complex, high-value commercial litigation matters
  • Working closely with clients across a range of sectors including SMEs and individuals
  • Conducting legal research and preparing high-quality advice and documentation
  • Assisting with business development initiatives and client relationship management
  • Collaborating with a well-regarded litigation team in Manchester

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation
  • Strong experience handling a range of property disputes
  • Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation matters
  • Excellent research skills and familiarity with legal resources
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and driven
  • Confident building and maintaining strong client relationships
