Property Litigation Solicitor
Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (6+ PQE) – Buckinghamshire

About the Role
- The appointed Solicitor will manage their own varied caseload, advising a diverse client base on a variety of Property Litigation matters.
- You will handle a broad range of property litigation matters, including:
- Adverse possession
- Boundary disputes
- Rights of way and trespass
- Title disputes
- Landlord and tenant issues, such as:
- Break clauses
- Dilapidations
- Forfeiture and repossession
- Lease renewals and terminations
- Rent reviews
- Service charge disputes
- Tenant default

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload with estimated 6+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrate a strong background in Property Litigation.
- Exhibit excellent technical knowledge and proficiency in handling all stages of litigation.
- Showcase a confident, pragmatic and commercial approach to client service.
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Specialist insight in Property Litigation.
- Proven experience in advising on various property disputes.
