An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and collaborative team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
This role is suitable for a Newly Qualified solicitor up to 4 years’ PQE with experience or a strong interest in housing management and residential property disputes. The team advises a broad client base including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and organisations.
The Role
You will work on a varied caseload of contentious property matters, including:
- Adverse possession claims
- Restrictive covenants (interpretation and enforceability)
- Private nuisance and trespass disputes, including neighbour matters
- Dilapidations and property condition issues
- Residential landlord and tenant disputes and housing management matters
- Supporting transactional colleagues on complex property issues arising in housing-related work

You will be expected to manage your own matters with appropriate supervision depending on experience, while contributing to a supportive and team-focused environment.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 4 PQE)
- Experience in property litigation or housing management-related work
- Strong understanding of residential landlord and tenant issues (desirable)
- Ability to apply legal principles to practical property disputes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work under supervision where required
- Excellent communication and client care skills
