Property Litigation Solicitor
Property Litigation Solicitor (2.5 - 5 Years PQE) – Birmingham
Job Ref: 4463 GBP 50,000+ (DOE)
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse property litigation caseload, including:
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Boundary and general property disputes
- Trusts of Land and Undivided Lands Act (TOLATA) claims
- Professional Negligence claims
Additionally, you will assist the Commercial Litigation team with dispute resolution work and supervise junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Managing a broad property litigation caseload efficiently
- Developing strong advocacy skills, with the capability to represent clients in court
- Working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and balancing multiple priorities
- Supporting teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication
- Proactively contributing to business development to enhance the firm’s reputation
- Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors

Requirements
- 2.5 – 5 years of PQE in property litigation
- Proven experience handling complex property disputes
- Strong ability to advocate confidently in relevant legal contexts
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and stress resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to career growth and client relationship-building
