We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our legal team. This role is ideal for a dynamic and commercially minded lawyer with a strong track record in managing high-value, complex property litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of client litigation matters with a key focus on resolving disputes relating to:
- land and property,
- landlord and tenant,
- commercial land and property.
- Carry out work to the highest possible standards, adhering to firm policies and procedures in respect of client care, time recording, billing, disbursements, collection of bills, confidentiality and client and office accounts.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all firm and client documentation and information.
- Ensure that clients are regularly updated in respect of the current situation of their case even if the matter is going through a period of inactivity.
- Handle telephone calls effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that all complaints are dealt with professionally, promptly and in accordance with firm policies and reporting procedures.
- Maintain files in a clear and orderly manner and in accordance with firm policies and to ensure that each file is reviewed regularly.
- Ensure that documents are completed in accordance with firm procedures.
- Take positive steps to ensure that existing clients are aware of the various types of legal work carried on by the firm.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

- Ability to work within a team and interact effectively with others
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Articulate with a high level of attention to detail
- Organised and able to handle a busy and varied workload
- Fully committed to a high level of client service
- Computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience of using legal software, including SOS case management, would be desirable.
