Property Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer
Location: Bristol / Gloucestershire (Flexible & Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus

We're working with a highly regarded specialist law firm that has built an excellent reputation for its Property Litigation expertise. The team advises on a wide range of interesting and complex disputes, whilst maintaining a culture where lawyers are trusted, supported and given the opportunity to build long-term careers.

The Opportunity:
You'll join an established Property Litigation team advising a broad range of clients across England and Wales on a varied caseload of contentious property matters.

The work includes:
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Rights of way and easements
- Restrictive covenants
- Adverse possession
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Co-ownership disputes
- Proprietary estoppel
- Development and telecoms disputes
- Property-related trusts and probate disputes
- Mediation, ADR and court proceedings
You'll work alongside experienced lawyers on interesting matters, with the support and autonomy to develop your expertise and continue progressing within the team.
What We Are Looking For:
We're keen to speak with Property Litigation Solicitors/Lawyers with around 2-6 years' PQE.
You may already specialise in Property Litigation or you may have gained strong contentious property experience and be looking for an opportunity to further develop within this area.
