Opportunity: Property Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer

Location: Gloucestershire / South Bristol (Flexible and Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus

Not every Property Litigation role offers something genuinely different.
This one does.

We're working with a boutique specialist law firm that's quietly built one of the strongest Property Litigation teams in the region. Many of the lawyers joined from large commercial firms because they wanted to keep the quality of work but leave behind the things they didn't enjoy - the office politics, endless hierarchy and painfully slow progression.

They've created exactly that. Today, they're known for handling complex, high-value property disputes while maintaining a supportive, down-to-earth culture where people are trusted to do their job, work flexibly and build long-term careers.

The Opportunity:

You'll join a specialist team that's recognised for its expertise in Property Litigation, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of disputes across England and Wales.

The work is varied and intellectually interesting, covering matters such as:

  • Boundary and neighbour disputes
  • Rights of way and easements
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Adverse possession
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Co-ownership disputes
  • Proprietary estoppel
  • Development and telecoms disputes
  • Property-related trusts and probate disputes
  • Mediation, ADR and court proceedings

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

If you're looking for high-quality work without sacrificing flexibility or culture, it's a rare combination.
