Role Description
Property Management Administrator role is available on either a part-time or full-time basis and is based on-site in Sidcup. The successful candidate will support the effective management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.

Working closely alongside the Lettings Manager, day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve administrative duties, handling landlord and tenant enquiries, arranging occasional property viewings, issuing property statements, carrying out tenant referencing, checking documentation, and assisting with the administration of new tenancies, renewals, maintenance requests, and compliance.
The role will also involve preparing and maintaining accurate property records, liaising with contractors, and helping to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
The Property Management Administrator will work closely with the lettings and sales teams, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the lettings team and contributing to the delivery of an exceptional level of customer service in line with the company’s professional and personable approach.

- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
- A professional and friendly manner, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use property management software.
- Experience within estate agency, lettings, or residential property management would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A basic understanding of the lettings process and current UK property legislation would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- This is an office-based role, so applicants must be able to work on-site at our Sidcup office.
