About the Role
Brierley J is currently retained to recruit for a proactive Property Maintenance Coordinator on behalf of a client who has a diverse and unique estate portfolio.
Over the years, the estate has evolved from a traditional rural estate into a diverse property, land and business enterprise, with a strong commitment to its local community, conservation, and long-term sustainability.
This opportunity plays a key role in maintaining and improving a wide range of properties, including historic buildings, commercial premises, industrial units, agricultural buildings, and estate infrastructure.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Northumberland's leading landed estates in a varied role that combines project coordination, contractor management, and property compliance.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating and delivering planned and reactive property maintenance
- Managing contractors and overseeing small refurbishment projects
- Inspecting properties and developing preventative maintenance programmes
- Supporting property compliance, maintenance records, and tenant matters

About you:
- Experience in property, facilities, or estate maintenance
- Excellent people skills with a solution-focused attitude
- Experience managing contractors or maintenance teams
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
