We have over 100 properties to manage, so we need Property Maintenance Officers to play a vital role in our mission to provide secure, dignified housing. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents by maintaining and enhancing our supported housing properties. You will uphold standards and create environments that foster a sense of home and belonging.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time and flexible working options are available)
Location: Various across the North East
Salary: £30,150 to £35,400 pro rata depending on experience
