Salary
£35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)
Role Description
The Property Maintenance & Works Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Stocksfield, Northumberland.
This is a varied, hands-on role managing the maintenance and improvement of our diverse property portfolio, including historic buildings, commercial and industrial premises, agricultural buildings and wider estate infrastructure.
The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair works
- Manage contractors and the Estate Property Maintenance & Groundskeeper
- Undertake minor hands-on maintenance where appropriate
- Carry out property inspections and planned maintenance
- Support compliance, property records and tenant services
