Property Management Administrator - South Croydon - £30,000 - £34,000 DOE
My client, a Property Management company based in South Croydon are seeking a proactive Property Management Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in various software tools and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organisation. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational excellence is valued and encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Respond to phone calls with professional etiquette, screening and directing enquiries as appropriate.
- Assist with general office duties including filing, photocopying, and organising supplies.
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external vendors to facilitate efficient operations.
- Support property-related administrative tasks such as lease documentation, maintenance schedules and tenant correspondence.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate communication between tenants, property owners, vendors, business partners and internal teams
- Maintain property records, contracts, leases, and confidential documents
- Dealing with Solicitors and the Mortgage Brokers during the property Refinance and the purchases
- Providing information's to banks for annual reviews

Skills And Experience Required
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a property management or real estate environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience using Xero to obtain information for the management is desirable.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous clerical experience including filing, document preparation, and office administration.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Fast typing skills with a good command of organisational tools and software platforms.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm, Fridays finish at 5pm, Office Based, onsite parking available
