The role
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Management and Asset Teams, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Responsible for managing communications through CRM systems, supporting property administration, coordinating repairs, maintaining key and fob records, processing invoices and purchase orders, managing documentation and records, handling post, and ensuring effective use of internal systems to support efficient team operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
