Job Title
Latitude London is a central London property development and management company based in the heart of Marylebone, W1. We own and manage a mixture of residential and commercial properties across Fitzrovia, Marylebone and Primrose Hill.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within the property industry and become involved in the day-to-day running of a dynamic and growing company.
This role would suit an energetic, organised and proactive individual who enjoys being hands-on and is eager to learn about both property development and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team with general administrative duties and day-to-day office tasks
- Completing errands and simple tasks both within the head office and across our managed properties
- Liaising with contractors to obtain quotes for maintenance and repair works
- Raising and resolving invoice queries with suppliers
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining and organising property maintenance records
About You:
- Passionate about property and interested in developing a career in the industry
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive, reliable and willing to take initiative
- Comfortable working both in the office and out at properties when required
