Job Title: Property Management Administrator
Location: London Bridge - Hybrid working
Brand: Stirling Ackroyd
Salary: £28,000 plus up to a further £2,400 in commission
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Fridays 8:45am to 5pm
Working Pattern: Monday and Wednesday working from home, rest of the week in the London Bridge office

Job Specification and Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
- Booking of property visits
- Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
- Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
- Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Running errands within and outside of the office
- Taking and transcribing meeting minutes
