Property Management Consultant

Senior Associate/Associate – Development & Set-Up Consultancy

Role Overview

Work on high-profile property developments, supporting projects as they progress from design to operational management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and contributing to Design for Management reviews, ensuring buildings are optimally structured for practical operation.
  • Preparing service charge strategies, operational plans, and mobilisation budgets for complex, mixed-use assets.
  • Collaborating closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project mobilisation and delivery.
  • Building long-term client relationships while expanding your technical, commercial, and consultancy expertise.

Team Overview

You’ll join the Development & Set-Up (DSU) Consultancy team, specialising in:

  • Supporting major real estate developments through operational readiness.
  • Working across high-profile, mixed-use assets in sectors including:
    • Retail
    • Residential
    • Office
    • Science
  • Collaborating extensively with Property Management, Client Services, and site-based teams to deliver cohesive client solutions.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with strong exposure to senior decision-makers.
  • Providing practical, commercially driven advice to shape how assets are managed from inception.
