Property Management Consultant
Project Management & Development Consultancy Role
Role Overview
- Work on high-profile property developments, supporting projects as they transition from design to operational management.
- Deliver and contribute to Design for Management reviews, shaping practical building operations and governance.
- Prepare service charge strategies, operational plans, and mobilisation budgets for complex, mixed-use assets.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project mobilisation and delivery.
- Build strong client relationships while developing skills in:
- Technical understanding
- Commercial acumen
- Consultancy expertise
