Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday inclusive
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time (in office)
Reports to: Head of Property
We have an opportunity for a dynamic and energetic Property Management Executive to join our property management department, handling the day to day running of our rental properties. Our ideal candidate will be personable, highly motivated, methodical and organised, and will be as comfortable out at the properties as they are at their desk. They will manage their own portfolio and work closely with our tenants, landlords, contractors and accounts team.
LCP Private Office advises a world-wide client base on investment in all types of residential property, serviced apartments and hospitality assets in Prime Central London. We act for individual clients, family offices and institutions. We represent the buyer’s interests with the objective of maximising their returns in this specialist sector. LCP undertakes property identification and acquisition of the best real estate opportunities, followed up by project management, interior design, refurbishing and furnishing for rental, investment or end use. Thereafter we let, operate, manage and maintain the property portfolio according to client needs. It is a dynamic and ambitious company.
Purpose of the Role
The role sits within the Lettings and Management function and reports to the Head of Property. You will be responsible for the day to day management of an allocated portfolio of rental properties — keeping them compliant, well maintained and well presented, and keeping tenants and landlords properly looked after. You will have the opportunity to carve out your own role within a busy team and to grow with the portfolio.

Your Responsibilities
- Responding to general queries from tenants and landlords, and general client liaison.
- Dealing with maintenance requests, liaising with tenants, contractors and clients to ensure a swift resolution of any issues.
- Updating and maintaining our bespoke management database, key log and approved contractors' register.
- Assisting with tenancy turnarounds and attending check-ins.
- Ensuring properties are suitably dressed and presented for marketing.
- Undertaking rental viewings at properties within your managed portfolio.
- Carrying out regular periodic checks of our managed portfolio and issuing inspection reports.
- Arranging necessary Mandatory and Selective Licencing.
- Organising necessary gas and electrical (NICEIC and PAT testing) safety checks and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Processing tenancy terminations and negotiating lease renewals.
- Logging and processing insurance claims with landlords' contents insurers and managing agents.
- Assisting the accounts department with the preparation and production of landlord statements, and with departmental invoicing procedures.
- Keeping up to date with legislative and compliance changes and other regulatory issues.
- Assisting with ensuring all operational processes and procedures are complied with.
- Exploring ways to develop and evolve the business within an ever-changing environment and identifying new business initiatives.

Our Requirements
- Some previous experience in residential property management or lettings would be an advantage, though we will consider strong candidates from other backgrounds who can demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude.
- Personable and confident dealing directly with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Methodical and organised, with sound administrative skills and a genuine eye for detail.
- Highly literate on all Microsoft packages and quick to pick up bespoke systems.
- Happy to be hands on and out and about, visiting properties across Prime Central London on a regular basis.
- Able to prioritise and stay calm across a number of live issues at once.
- Good written and spoken English, and a good eye for presentation.
- Strong team player and self starter, wanting to be part of and contribute to a growing organisation.
- Looking to progress within the property and asset management sector.

- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and one additional day over the Christmas period, increasing by one day for each year completed but limited to 26.
