Job Description

Daily Operations

  • Daily operation for UK property rental clients, including but not limited to:
    • Material preparation for lease period
    • Registration and update of utilities and electricity
    • Management of daily problems
    • Property inspection after the lease period

Client Relationship Management

  • Responsible for maintaining client relationship, negotiates with clients to solve problems, and reduces complaint rate.

Communication

  • Uses English to communicate with overseas resources and solves the problem of property rental clients.

Paperwork

  • Handles paperwork on a daily basis, including but not limited to:
    • Bilingual correspondence
    • English communication
    • File archive

    • Solves property rental client problems

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Languages: English and Chinese can be used as working languages
