Job Description
Daily Operations
- Daily operation for UK property rental clients, including but not limited to:
- Material preparation for lease period
- Registration and update of utilities and electricity
- Management of daily problems
- Property inspection after the lease period
Client Relationship Management
- Responsible for maintaining client relationship, negotiates with clients to solve problems, and reduces complaint rate.
Communication
- Uses English to communicate with overseas resources and solves the problem of property rental clients.
Paperwork
- Handles paperwork on a daily basis, including but not limited to:
- Bilingual correspondence
- English communication
- File archive

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Languages: English and Chinese can be used as working languages
- Experience: Work experience is unlimited; we can train you if you have no relevant work experience
