Job Title: Property Management Support Administrator

Salary

Basic salary £28,000-29,000.

Vox Studios, 1-45 Durham Street, SE11 5JH, with a flexible approach to working from different locations based on business needs.

The Role

We are looking for a Property Management Support Administrator to join our fast-paced team and provide essential administrative support to the Property Management department. This role is ideally suited for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting core customer service functions within property management. Your contribution will be crucial to ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction within our supportive and structured environment.

Your Responsibilities as a Property Management Support Administrator

  • Take ownership of processing and managing void utility bills for our managed properties with meticulous accuracy.
  • Your attention to detail will be vital in handling contractor invoices promptly, ensuring correct coding and facilitating timely payments.
  • Draft and issue essential legal documents, such as Deeds of Surrender and Deeds of Assignment, to support smooth property transitions.
  • Assist with various service charge and ground rent tasks on an ad hoc basis, including charging and account reconciliation.
  • Provide valuable additional administrative support to the wider property management team as needed, contributing to overall compliance and operational efficiency.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a property or administrative support role (essential).
  • Strong computer and software skills, enabling you to navigate various systems effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality in a high-volume environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and reliable approach to all responsibilities, demonstrating initiative.
