We are looking for an experienced Property Management Team Manager to join us in Manchester!

We are offering a realistic OTE of £36,000-£41,000, depending on experience.

The role;

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team through regular coaching, training, and development
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team growth while championing motivation and recognition
  • Report key performance metrics and contribute to strategic goals

What we are looking for;

  • A proven leader with a passion for people and property
  • Organised, empathetic, and solutions-focused
  • Ideally ARLA qualified or adjacent
  • Experienced in residential property management required.
  • Team Leadership and Team Development
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the team energised
