What You’ll Be Doing

As Property Manager, you’ll be an integral part of an award-winning team. You’ll ensure that property repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standard, and you’ll deliver exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Logging and tracking reported property maintenance issues
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and approved contractors to address any problems quickly and efficiently
  • Ensuring work is completed satisfactorily and on time
  • Keeping abreast of property legislation and compliance
  • Maintaining detailed customer records
  • Delivering an exceptional service to our customers by providing them with regular updates on their transactions

What You’ll Need

  • Drive, persistence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills in objection-handling and problem-solving
  • Communication, active listening, and rapport-building expertise—to address customer needs
  • Good time management and organisation
