Property Manager – Social Housing | Greater Manchester, Liverpool, & Derbyshire Portfolio
We are an ambitious social housing organisation with a genuine commitment to providing safe, secure homes for those who need them most. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 100 properties across Greater Manchester, Liverpool, and Derbyshire. Based across our Cheshire and Manchester offices, you will work alongside a motivated team of four, playing a pivotal role in making a real difference to the lives of individuals and families in our communities.

The Role:
You will take ownership of a varied and rewarding portfolio, managing day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, and repairs and maintenance oversight — all with a focus on delivering an outstanding standard of service.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years' property management experience
- Proficiency in property management software, including Alto for portfolio management and Fixflo for repairs and maintenance oversight
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for social housing and tenant wellbeing

What We Offer:
- Starting salary of £35,000 per annum
- Bonus package of up to £10,000, based on tenant satisfaction scores, stakeholder engagement, and response times to repairs and maintenance
