Our client, a successful and reputable independent sales and lettings agency based in Bournemouth, is seeking a professional and organised Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of managed properties.
This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants alike.

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Bournemouth area
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance works, inspections, and contractor relationships
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
- Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and notices where required
- Maintaining accurate records and resolving property management issues promptly
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential property management and lettings
- ARLA qualification preferred or willingness to work towards it
- Knowledge of Section 21 and Section 8 notices advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Professional approach with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Full UK driving licence
