We're recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a busy residential property management team in London.
This is a varied role managing a residential portfolio, ensuring excellent customer service while overseeing the day to day management of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
- Handling maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Managing rent reviews and tenancy administration
- Serving Section 8, Section 13 and Section 20 notices, with a good understanding of the relevant legislation
- Ensuring health & safety and compliance requirements are met
- Assisting with budgets, reporting and client communication

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years residential property management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential property legislation, including Section 8, Section 13 and Section 20 notices
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- MARLA qualification is desirable but not essential
