We're recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a busy residential property management team in London.

This is a varied role managing a residential portfolio, ensuring excellent customer service while overseeing the day to day management of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
  • Handling maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
  • Carrying out regular property inspections
  • Managing rent reviews and tenancy administration
  • Serving Section 8, Section 13 and Section 20 notices, with a good understanding of the relevant legislation
  • Ensuring health & safety and compliance requirements are met
  • Assisting with budgets, reporting and client communication

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years residential property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential property legislation, including Section 8, Section 13 and Section 20 notices
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
  • MARLA qualification is desirable but not essential
