12093 Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Residential Property Manager to join a well-established management company based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery across both lettings and ongoing management.

The role is split between office-based administration and on-site portfolio oversight, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Daily Duties

  • Managing inbound calls and emails from tenants, landlords, and contractors, responding in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating property viewings, inspections, and check-ins/check-outs
  • Conducting routine property inspections and reporting findings with recommendations
  • Logging and triaging maintenance issues, obtaining quotes, and instructing contractors
  • Monitoring ongoing maintenance works to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  • Updating property management systems with accurate tenancy and property information
  • Preparing and issuing tenancy documentation, renewals, and notices where required
  • Ensuring all compliance certificates are valid and arranging renewals ahead of expiry
  • Liaising with accounts teams regarding rent collection, arrears follow-up, and landlord statements
  • Providing landlords with updates on their properties, including maintenance, tenancy progress, and market advice
  • Travelling between office locations and managed properties as required

About You

  • 3+ years experience in property or block management
  • UK full clean driving licence
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and client service abilities
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 130+ properties

What we offer

  • £35,000 - £45,000 + DOE
  • Monday - Friday with one day optional work from home on successful probation
