Role Description
The Property Manager at Transform Talent is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial and/or residential properties, including overseeing building operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The Property Manager will handle tenant relations, manage lease administration and renewals, conduct property inspections, and address issues in a timely and professional manner. They will monitor budgets, track expenses, support rent collection, and collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property presentation. The role also involves preparing regular reports on occupancy, maintenance activities, and property performance, while working closely with internal stakeholders to support overall business objectives.

- Candidates should possess strong property management and operations skills, including experience with lease administration, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, resolve tenant issues, and maintain detailed records and documentation.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams, and to manage conflict in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and budgeting skills, including familiarity with rent collection processes, expense tracking, and cost control.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant UK property regulations, health and safety requirements, and best practices for on-site facility management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related field, and professional certifications (e.g., ARLA, RICS or equivalent) are beneficial.
- Experience managing properties in the London area and comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment is highly advantageous.
