The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, customer service-driven Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential estates and deliver top-tier service. What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll ensure that all policies and procedures are applied to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Financials: Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, and conduct regular financial reviews to maintain the financial health of each estate.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Implement planned and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring all site inspections, contractor management, and health & safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead meetings with residents and directors, draft professional correspondence, and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.
  • Major Works: Oversee major works programs, tender contracts, and ensure all assets and insurance claims are effectively managed.

  • TPI Part 1 or other property qualifications desirable.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in property, estate, or customer management.
  • Budget and financial control experience, with some knowledge of building systems and maintenance.

Skills:

  • Strong time management, project management, and delegation skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a knack for financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Qube is a plus.

Behaviours:

  • Positive, calm, and adaptable under pressure.
