Property Manager

Location: South East London

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Company

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded independent residential estate agency with a strong presence across London. Renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and expert local knowledge, they have built an excellent reputation within the property sector and offer a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their busy South East London office.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid background in residential property management who enjoys variety in their role. Unlike many traditional property management positions that involve managing a dedicated portfolio, this team operates collaboratively, with responsibilities shared across the department. This provides exposure to all aspects of residential property management, including maintenance, inspections, compliance, end-of-tenancy matters, and tenant and landlord relations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
