Role Description
This is a full-time Property Manager role based in Marlow, with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.
The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day management of residential properties, including:
- Coordinating maintenance
- Managing service providers
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and lease obligations

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling tenant and client queries
- Organizing inspections
- Preparing reports
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Managing budgets and service charge accounts
- Assisting with renewals and contract negotiations
- Supporting landlords, freeholders, and resident management companies with professional advice
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure high standards of customer service and efficient property operations.
Qualifications
- Property management experience, including:
- Coordination of maintenance
- Inspections
- Contractor oversight
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to:
- Manage multiple properties
- Handle deadlines
- Manage documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with:
- Landlords
- Residents
- Freeholders
- Developers
- Basic financial literacy for managing:
- Budgets
- Service charges
- Reporting
- Working knowledge of relevant:
- Property legislation
- Health and safety standards
- Compliance requirements (or willingness to learn)

- Prior experience in residential block or estate management
- Professional qualifications such as:
