Role Description

This is a full-time Property Manager role based in Marlow, with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.

The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day management of residential properties, including:

  • Coordinating maintenance
  • Managing service providers
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and lease obligations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling tenant and client queries
  • Organizing inspections
  • Preparing reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Managing budgets and service charge accounts
  • Assisting with renewals and contract negotiations
  • Supporting landlords, freeholders, and resident management companies with professional advice
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure high standards of customer service and efficient property operations.

Qualifications

  • Property management experience, including:
    • Coordination of maintenance
    • Inspections
    • Contractor oversight
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to:
    • Manage multiple properties
    • Handle deadlines
    • Manage documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with:
    • Landlords
    • Residents
    • Freeholders
    • Developers
  • Basic financial literacy for managing:
    • Budgets
    • Service charges
    • Reporting
  • Working knowledge of relevant:
    • Property legislation
    • Health and safety standards
    • Compliance requirements (or willingness to learn)
