Property Manager – Sheffield

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands-on experience in private residential property management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, maximising asset value, and building strong tenant and stakeholder relationships. This role is suited to a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers outstanding results.
Benefits
Compensation
- £27,800 to £33,500 OTE per year, consisting of:
- Base salary: £20,000–£27,500
- Uncapped commission scheme: Additional £6,000+ expected earnings

- Full-time hours: 08:30–18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00–17:00 (one weekend day in every four, with a day in lieu)

Key Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
- Coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repair issues
- Handling deposit returns, rental arrears, and evictions
- Ensuring regulatory health and safety standards are met
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships, including resolving complaints
- Completing check-in/check-out procedures (including full inventory reporting)
- Direct property operational management to maximise value and tenant satisfaction
Training & Development
New team members will receive several days of in-house training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, including:
- Purpose-built training facilities
- Expert-led sessions (one-to-one and group)
- Continuous professional development support
- Paid accommodation, meals, and travel (subject to location terms)
Skills & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience & Certifications
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual only; automatic not accepted)
- Legal right to work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

- Proof of Address
- National Insurance number
- Driving Licence Check
