Property Manager

Midlands and Home Counties

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing residential property business as a Property Manager, supporting the successful operation of a portfolio of single-family homes across the Midlands and South East.

This is a varied, field-based role that combines administration, customer service, and property operations. Working closely with the Regional Manager and wider operational team, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering an outstanding experience for residents and clients.

If you're highly organised, enjoy working independently, and thrive in a fast-paced property environment, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

The Role

As Property Manager, you'll provide operational and administrative support across a portfolio of residential properties. From coordinating property viewings and managing maintenance activity to carrying out inspections and supporting resident engagement, no two days will be the same.

You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and residents to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
