Property Manager | Hospitality & Leisure | Bedfordshire

Looking to make your first move client-side?

SolvTalent is working with a long-established and growing hospitality business to appoint a Property Manager to help manage, maintain and improve a diverse portfolio.

This could be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor, Project Manager or property professional currently working for a consultancy, surveying practice or contractor who is ready to take their experience in-house and develop a broader client-side career.

You might currently be managing projects, carrying out building surveys, overseeing maintenance programmes or advising clients on their property portfolios. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to become the client - taking greater ownership of the properties you work with and seeing the long-term impact of your decisions.

The role

Working as part of an established property team, you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of operational hospitality properties, combining:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
