SolvTalent is working with a long-established and growing hospitality business to appoint a Property Manager to help manage, maintain and improve a diverse portfolio.
This could be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor, Project Manager or property professional currently working for a consultancy, surveying practice or contractor who is ready to take their experience in-house and develop a broader client-side career.
You might currently be managing projects, carrying out building surveys, overseeing maintenance programmes or advising clients on their property portfolios. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to become the client - taking greater ownership of the properties you work with and seeing the long-term impact of your decisions.
The role
Working as part of an established property team, you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of operational hospitality properties, combining:

- Planned and reactive maintenance

You’ll work closely with operational teams and site managers to ensure properties are maintained effectively, investment is targeted in the right areas and projects deliver genuine improvements to both the customer experience and commercial performance.
This is a hands-on, varied client-side property role where no two days - or properties - are quite the same.

You’ll need strong technical property knowledge, commercial judgement and the confidence to manage contractors, stakeholders and multiple priorities.
A professional qualification, or progress towards one, such as RICS or CIOB, would be advantageous.
